However, due to the nature of the products we sell — limited edition, collectible sneakers and streetwear — all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the product after purchase.
- Every product listed is authentic and thoroughly verified before shipping.
Size Issues
- We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case you receive a damaged product or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order:
- Email: support@reblz.in
- Provide: Order number, detailed description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- After review, if eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Important: Minor dents or wear on shoeboxes during shipping are common and will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled once processed.
