At Reblz, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

However, due to the nature of the products we sell — limited edition, collectible sneakers and streetwear — all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or dislike of the product after purchase.
  • Every product listed is authentic and thoroughly verified before shipping.

Size Issues

  • We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
  • If you have any sizing questions, feel free to DM us on Instagram @reblz.in or email us at support@reblz.in before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged product or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order:
    • Email: support@reblz.in
    • Provide: Order number, detailed description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • After review, if eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Important: Minor dents or wear on shoeboxes during shipping are common and will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled once processed.
