Refund Policy

At Reblz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our Refund Policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept returns and process refunds for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is not part of a final sale or limited-edition product (these items are non-refundable, and will be clearly marked on the product page).


Note: If the item has been worn or damaged after delivery, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@reblz.in with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Instructions: We’ll send you instructions on how to return your item to us. Be sure to pack your item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the above criteria, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow up to [X] business days for your refund to be processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same process as for a return. We’ll issue a refund once we receive the returned item, and you can place a new order for the exchange.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale/Discounted Items: Items marked as “Sale” or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
  • Limited Edition and Custom Products: Some limited-edition or custom products are non-refundable and will be noted as such at the time of purchase.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@reblz.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll resolve the issue by either offering a full refund or sending a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the product.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@reblz.in. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still initiate a return upon receipt.
