Shipping Policy
At Reblz, we are committed to delivering your sneakers and streetwear safely and quickly.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: May experience slight delays depending on the courier service.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹200 applies to orders below ₹5,000.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared.
- It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Locations
- Currently, we only ship within India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Packaging
- All products are carefully double-boxed and securely packed to protect your purchase.
- Please note: While we ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition, minor wear or dents on shoeboxes during shipping may occur and will not be considered as damage to the product.
Delivery Issues
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal, the product will be returned to us.
- Reshipping will incur additional charges.
